liferay7.0 can not create new portlet

hi! every one.
I can not create new portlet. some body say it was caused by ivy cache. can any one share the ".ivy" folder in the plugin sdk?

Hi gao , it is a known issue from our side , so we wil try to upload some cache to somewhere that you can download. So please wait for sometime.
And we will give you some feedback when it has finished.

by the way , what's version of sdk that you are using ? 7.0 ga1 or ga2 ?

It is ga2. I can not create new theme and portlet.

I think it is a known issue that sdk-ga2 can't create theme portlet. And now we recommend a new way to develop theme , so you can goto here(https://dev.liferay.com/develop/tutorials/-/knowledge_base/7-0/themes-and-layout-templates) to know more.
