Do liferay support Login access to multiple portal instance on one portal instance

I have multiple portal instances each associated with sub domains, now i have requirement where i need to have one common login page for all sub domains and once user login needs to redirect to his sub domain.

The data (including the user data) in a portal instances are logically separated from each other. As a result, one portal instance will not know anything about the users in other portal instances. So you'll need to put in some sort of Single Sign-on solution.
