Encoding problems

As I wrote as reply to your other thread,
I guess it might be in only Japanese right now because no correctly encoded & translated Japanese is applied to liferay.com.
Now I'm working on liferay.com's translation.
Surely I'll always appreciate your cooperation in translation.
