Liferay Sync

Hi all,

I would like to use Liferay Sync form my site (Liferay Portal Community Edition 6.2 CE GA4). I have installed Sync Connector plugin and Sync desktop client. Liferay Sync synchronizes files between my site and desktop device. But in one case i’ve got an error, if I add some file in my Sync folder, it’ll not be uploaded to my portal and i’ ve got an error.

Could you please give me a hint what is going wrong or where should I look for this mistake?

Hi Mariia,

Most likely you're experiencing in issue fixed in GA5. Can you download and try with GA6 (another critical issue fixed there)?

If that does not work, please send your logs to [e-mail].

1. Click the Sync tray icon
2. "Preferences"
3. "General" tab
4. "save logs" on the bottom right
