How to install portlet?

can't do anything right at the first time.
i want to ask you people that how to install portlet?

That's for developing portlets.

To install a portlet, the easiest probably is to do it from the control panel.

Login as an administrator.
"Manage" -> "Control Panel"
"Plugin Installation" new the bottom of the menu list.

Select "Install More Portlets"

Estou tentando instalar um novo Portlet, conforme informado acima, porém fica tentando conectar ao servidor do Liferay, e depois mostra uma informação que não foi possível, e assim não permitindo a instalação de um disco local, como presumo que seja o caminho. Alguém poderia me ajudar?
