How I can contact a plugin publisher ?

I deployed the SMC's EU Cookie Agreement.
Clicking on Read More button the web content with the extended information was not opened.
Please could you help me ?
Since October 24th I posted this thread https://www.liferay.com/community/forums/-/message_boards/message/61648609 but no one gave me feedback.
Also, I tried to compile a form on http://www.smc.it/contattaci web site of the plugin publisher but after I clicked on Save button I got the "Impossible to contact the server" - the URL is http://smcgroup.pjoon.com/grazie
So still I can't use the plugin.
What is the official method to contact a plugin publsher on Marketplace to get support ?

I think that in failure to reply you're supposed to reach out to the Liferay marketplace support. They might have additional unpublished contact info they can use to get in touch.
I wouldn't hold it against the publisher. There's no requirement to surf the forums for relevant questions and they may not be aware that the site is not accepting form submissions.
Since I try to see the best in others, I would assume they are unfortunately unaware you are having problems and will be more than happy to help once they finally hear about it.
