Social Plugin to post content from Liferay site to Facebook, Twitter, etc.

I am looking for a plugin that will allow content from a liferay website to be pushed to Facebook, Twitter, etc. Does anything like this exist? If so, what are the names of the plugins.

Thank you for your response. The problem is that most, if not all of these apps/plugins, PULL data from social sites to be viewed on the Liferay site. I want a plugin that will allow me to PUSH content from Liferay to social sites. Do you know if any of these plugins has this functionality? My research has only yielded apps doing pulls.
