NoSuch User exception

Hi all,

Again a trival issue. I uploaded the document using document portlet.

When I access the document via localhost I am able to do so but when I access the same document from my website I get No user exception

Any one has any idea what I am doing wrong..

One difference I see is

when I access documents from localhost it goes http://localhost/web/guest/documents
but when I access from outside it goes http://www.kanoka.info/documents

In Manage Pages -> Settings->Virtual Host
I put in www.kanoka.info/web/guest

Now when I access documents I am getting url www.kanoka.info/web/guest/documents

But the problem is when I access www.kanoka.info/documents it takes me to file structure.

also I dont want that any help would be great.
