Are you using and inputting https manually? Can you try just the ip 192.168.1.98:9090 and see if it works when it auto resolves the protocol?

When you put in just the IP address, did Sync automatically add "http://" or "https://" to the URL?

When you put in https://192.168.1.98:9090 in a web browser, does it successfully load the home page?
