Issue while accessing Notification Delivery option

Hello everyone,
I am using Liferay 6.2 CE GA2, I am facing problem while accessing Notification Delivery option,
Here the notification delivery status are provided for each notification according to notification-defination.xml .
When I uncheck for particular notification for particular user, changes are reflect in "UserNotificationDelivery" table,
but user still able to receive Notification.
Is there any configuration to stop notification.
Please suggest me.

Steps to reproduce:
1 . Deploy Notifications Portlet
2 . Access Notifications Portlet (click on 0 in dockbar)
3 . Click on View All Notification Menu
4 . Select Notification Delivery Tab

Expected Result:
Portlet shows Delivery settings for each type of notification configured in notification-definitions.xml and user can check or uncheck delivery options to start/stop receiving notification.

Actual Result:
Portlet shows Delivery settings for each type of notification properly, but if user uncheck any
delivery option, user still able to receive notification.

Please correct me if I am wrong here; though I think what I see seems be correct; this information has been most useful; though begs the following question as well:
1) where are you adding the XML file: notification-definitions.xml

Seems only one notification's picked; and that's the one you define in the file; so somehow it's overriding the rest?

For what it's worth, I haven't modified; and I see all options in the window. PFA screenshot for what I'm seeing.

Have you been able to resolve this. I am facing the same issue.
