Wiki Portlet: How to define Templates for Wiki Pages?

Hello,

I am new to Liferay and I would like to define templates for new wiki pages.

I would like to have predefined text fields with headings, for example if you want to add a new wiki page for president. It should look like shown in the link below.

So, the users are forced to fill the text fields.


Any idea how to do that?
