In the control panel the role guest is descripted as below:
Guest Regular Unauthenticated users always have this role.
Now, what is the effective meaning of the regular role Guest in the Social Office?

Guest is the person who has not logged in to the portal. Guest can also view the public pages of the portal. In social office, the pages are private pages. So you cannot access the page unless you have a user account (user/power user).
