Liferay 6.2 social office chat portlet does not function properly

Hi,
We moved from 6.1 to 6.2 and I have noticed a strange behavior regarding chat portlet. When I'm starting the application server everything is ok in chat portlet, there are online contacts and there is a normal message exchange.
However, after a while, I suppose something external in liferay(?) affects chat portlet's buddies retrieval functionality, I cannot see any online contact and there is a continuous polling to retrieve buddies but no one is fetched.
Beyond this, I cannot see any error in logs and chat portlet normal functionality comes back only after restarting server.
Is this a bug? Have anyone noticed something similar?
Any advice would be appreciated.

We are facing the same issue in Chat portlet (LR 6.2 GA3). Would anyone know if this is a known issue?

This is probably a bug but I don't know how easy is to reproduce, maybe it is because of some "wrong" record in CHAT_ENTRY or CHAT_STATUS tables.
Try to empty those tables and restart server and see if the problem still goes on.
Anyway, I replaced chat portlet with lims [http://marcelmika.com/lims] which uses a different model(different tables) than the original chat portlet and everything works normally so far.

I tried to use LIMS,everything is working fine but when I am clicking on close/minimize or search option it is reloading the page everytime

Even I am facing the same reloading of page error.

Infact I have search portlet embedded in the theme,so on reloading it is searching for blank..

Hi guys,

can you give me more clues? What Liferay version are you running? Is it happening on the Social Office pages only? What version of LIMS do you have? I have never experienced such issue so it's quite hard for me to reproduce this.
