Difference between SE 5.1.2 and EE 5.1.3

Who can tell me what are the difference between Liferay 5.1.2 and Liferay 5.1.3 ??
I know that the version 5.1.3 is an EE version with official support and the 5.1.2 version is an SE version with community support.
But what are the technical differences??

EE has less bugs and better performance but no new feature when compared to CE.

Actually, there are some features that were made available in 5.2 and will be available in the next release that were made available to 5.1 EE customers (e.g. new reporting engine integrations, additional performance monitoring capabilities, etc).

Also, performance tunings we made in future community release were made available to our EE customers first.

In addition, the EE version has support for Terracotta.
