sign in is tempararily unavailable

in create account page i need to delete the bitrhday field after deleting the field i am not able to create the new account
it was showing that sign is tempararily unavailable..

if any one know this can u give me some idea.

Hi,
You can try out by restarting you server.

I don't know what's the problem you faced but i can suggest you by which you can login to portal

You can access private page URL http://URL/user/test/home,and form that you can login into your portal.

but what i want is without loging in to the loginpage before itself i need to create the account there i am getting this error after removimg the birthday field before it was working fine. After deleting the birthday fiels only it's not working and i am getting sign in is tempararily unavailable message.

Go into your database and remove the fields where you were storing the birthday information. Restart Liferay.

but it's not working. i have deleted birthday and calender fields in my postgree database and i have restarted the liferay then to i am getting same message only.

Hi ,

How you have removed birthday field ?
I have tried this way and for me its working fine ,I have just removed birthday related <div=" block-labels col"> form create_account.jsp of login portlet.
Have you followd the same way to remove birthday field?

Can you just try this in fresh tomcat?just remove the code as i mentioned and try.
Beacuse in mine its working fine..
