Migrate selected communities to new instance

Hi,

we have a LR 5.2.3 instance and need to migrate some of it's communities and their data (whatever they have created in Wiki, blogs, attachments etc) to a new instance (same version, etc). What's the best approach to do this? Many thanks for all advises.
