Hi Nguyen Minh Tien ,
Hope you are using LR 5.2.3. The following steps to be followed for creating portal instances:-
1) Login as Administrator
2) Go to control panel=> Portal Instances
3) Here we can add the any number of portal instances.
4) Give Web ID (default its liferay), Virtual host and mail domain
Virtual host: If ur using local system(your machine) give "localhost" else the IP address of the server
Mail domain: Locally its liferay else you can give your own mail domain.
5) Save
6) Now you can check "virtualhost:8080" on your browser the portal instance you created.
Thanks and regards,
Faris Abdulla

You also need to add entries in operating system's hosts file for various portal instances. For example, in case of windows, update C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts with following entries:
VH_test1 127.0.01
VH_test2 127.0.01
VH_test1 127.0.01
VH_test2 127.0.01
