Liferay - Alfresco - Sharepoint Document Export

Hi everybody!

I have a problem with the docs in Liferay. I have a customer with a lot of docs in Sharepoint and Alfresco and I have two questions:

1.- Can I automatically export all the documents from Alfresco and Sharepoint to Liferay?
2.- Is there a way to export all the docs from Liferay to Alfresco?
