Does Web Content Support Scope?

Several portlets (blog, calendar, etc) support scope. So for a given community, these portlets can have their own data. Does web content have the same feature? Here is the reason I ask. I have a community with a couple of blog portlets with their own page scope. When I configure a web content portlet, I don't see the scope feature. However, when I go to the control panel and select web content, I can select not only the community but also the scope for web content. See attached image. This has actually caused me problems when I export and import the community. After importing, I get web content located in a scope other then the default.

Why don't you suggest adding "Scope" to the import process on the new features wiki page? I think that's an excellent idea....
