I need to upgrade from LFR 5.2.1 TO LFR 5.2.3 IN TOMCAT

I'm using liferay 5.2.1 bumdle tomcat 5, the tag navigation does not work, does it work in 5.2.3, in that case how are the instructions to migrate from 5.2.1 to 5.2.3 ?
