Enable NTLM

Hi ,

I have been trying for past 2 days to configure LifeRay to enable NTLM authentication. I have configured LDAP settings and enabled NTLM settings in Enterprise Admin page.
I am able to access my account by entering username as well as by clicking the Sign In. When some other user is trying to login typing his/her screen name and password he/she is able to login. But when the user clicks on the 'Sign In' from the dock directly, the user is directed to an empty page. This is the case for any user except me.
I tried tracing the login process, so When I login NTLMFilter is invoked 3 times, but for other users NTLMFilter is invoked just 2 times.
