New portal instance language

The version I'm using is 6.1, I created a new portal instance on a portal with a new domain name. When I enter with the test user (the first default user) the site language seems japanese, so I cannot manage the site. With chrome I translated the language and I checked the site and the user language and it is italian. The main site is correctly in italian. I attached the site appearance.
Any suggestion to correct this problem?
