Hello,
I'm trying to upgrade liferay portal 5.1.2 to 5.2.3 . Every thing went smooth when we ran the upgrading script for database. But when I try to excess the all users from Enterprise Admin portlet, it gives the error that no user exists with the primary 18402. We never had user with particular primary key. Is it looking for users from 7Cogs?

I'll appreciate any help.
Thanks,
anita

Try to reindex users from Control Panel -> Plugin Installation -> ReIndex button on Users plugin.

Hi Anita, after an upgrade it's a good idea to reindex all indexes like suggested here: (it's not a bug).

Perhaps a reindex should be triggered after an upgrade process runs?
