How to See Workflow Progress

Hey Friends


I have created two level workflow .
First is Initial Review and other is supervisor review for document . its going good
in this i have two questions
1) How to send notification after one minute of due date/ time ?
For this i have set timers but its not working.
2) How see progress of work-flow ?
By progress here i mean . suppose document is set on work flow then it will be passed to initial review.
Now at this level as admin I want to see where is my document . Who has approved it and who have not yet.
i have attached review progress.bmp file to show how i want my progress of workflow should be displayed at admin side.

and also i have attached my workflow definition file.

So please tell me how can i do that ?
