Features present in Liferay 5.2.3

Hi,

Happy to see that Liferay 5.2.3 is released with bug fixes and some additional features

I was able to see additional tabs in Control panel->Server administration
File upload tab : From this tab we can change the default file upload size , Instead of doing it in manually from portal-ext.properties in 5.2.2
Mail tab: Where we can configure the email settings for the portal.
Data migration tab: Where the permission algorithm can be changed to 6

Can anybody tell me what is new about permission algorithum 6.

What are the other new features available in 5.2.3, other than bug fixes(Like location creation issue)

These smaller releases are generally bug fixes with small improvements, so you probably won't see big new features.

Interesting to see algorithm 6 in place, although most of us will have to wait for

"4.) Migration script per Alex's new "Convert" pattern. Hit a button and it'll convert the data from algorithm 1-4 to 6, or 5 to 6."
