Issue opening Liferay IDE 1.6.2 in Win 8 - 64bits

I was donwloaded the lastest version of Liferay IDE, but when I try to Open in my Window 8 Laptop a big blue notification appears saying that the program can't run on it!

Can you post the full error message? Is there anything in the Eclipse configuration/ directory? Any log files?

What does 'java -version' command produce?
