Alternate Aliases per community or category

It would be nice to have a permission to allow users to have alternate aliases within specific categories or communities.

Why would this be handy? Well for hobby sites dealing with gaming or story telling people could assume "alternate identities" that would be optionally (based on administrative settings) linked back to that person's profile. This would allow posting to appear more in line with the going theme.

Also it would be nice if there could be more then one alias (allow multiple aliases) setting that would let story leads or thread admins to post as either themselves or as characters in line. etc.

I'm not sure I understand the idea. What would be an example of such an alias?

I think he means that you can be "Darth Vader" in one category and "Anakin Skywalker" in another.

It is most likely be useful to Role-playing sites, I can't think of another uses for this feature.
