NDB cluster extreme slow with large number of rows.

I'm deploying a liferay portal with mysql ndbcluste. This portal use data of an liferay portal with mysql innodb. The data convertion was complete and portal started perfect, but when I went to my home page, it's very slow. I checked every table in my database and found that table "assetentry" have a largest data. There are about 40000 records, and my liferay home page display 5 "asset publisher" instance. I changed this table to innodb engine and my portal run normaly. So, how can I handle a large number of rows with ndbcluster engine??
