We are also VERY interested in using Lists in Liferay (I would like to be able to get rid of sharepoint usage here)
Now that it's been a couple of months since this post any ETA or anything Bryan or Ray?

Thanks for your patience. We'll be releasing the next edition shortly. Unfortunately, Lists will have to make it into the next version thereafter.

We're working this into the roadmap for 2010 but it still hasn't been built.

It's in our product requirements doc for Liferay 6.1 but we're going to try to make it a plugin to make it available earlier. Also will be worked into Social Office.

See link below for interesting approach to a project management tool which is integrated to wiki's forums etc.

A project management portlet such as this in Liferay will leapfrog internal collaboration, especially if it interactive with forums, documents, wiki etc.

I believe that 6.1 will be out in the summer but how much earlier will the plugin be available? Also wanting to ditch our Sharepoint installation.
