Managing assignments?

Hi,
Are there any plans to build a portlet for managing assignments. With the ability to submit assignments, grade assignments, the possibility for the teacher to provide feedback, etc.? What is the status on this type of functionality?

Have you checked out Project Learn? It's one of our community projects that implements an LMS (Learning Management System) that likely has this kind of functionality.

I'm currently evaluating Prodject Learn, but I do not find this kind of functionality in it.

Hi Simon,
There's an easy way to do this with Project Learn. Just set up a course site with document library and gradebook portlet. After this you can create grades and evaluate submissions for all course site members. You can also use the quiz portlet to create exams, which can be graded.
If you need more details, I am happy to help you with this.
Best regards,
