Solr index document uuid

Hi,

I am integrating another search engine instead of Solr for searches but I am having a problem with the uuids.

When saving a wiki page, it is indexed with a uuid automatically created like 38_PORTLET_{nodeId}_{title}. The problem is that wiki page title can accept certain characters that not every search engine can accept in the uuid, so it is not possible to index wiki pages.

My question is, has been any specific reason to use title instead of resourcePrimKey in the index document uuid definition?
