Not Sync a user from LDAP when its the first log in

Im synchronizing Liferay with LDAP. I have read when a user is created in LDAP and it doesnt exit in liferay yet, then when Its the first time tries to log in into liferay, Liferay check it in LDAP and then imports it into liferay.
Well the questions is, ¿is it possible to disable this action?...i mean not import users at the first log in.
