I can't open the organisations

I am using Liferay 6.1.1. i have made 3 organisations in it. It was working fine. But now after 1 month i cant open the organisations from the dockbar.
But it is opening when i enter the url manually. Please help me in this issue.

Are there any error message?

I'm not sure about this but sometimes, re-indexing solves the problem.

Can you please tell me where to change the URL of organisations?
