WindowSate.MAXIMIZED no return back view.jsp of portlet

Hi all.

i developed a portlet that implements a <portlet:renderURL> tag in a form with windowSate=maximized, but i clicked in return back link, this change the windowState but not the page.

this are my pages 1 and 2 and the result when i clicked the return bak link.

how fix this issue.
