Warning message on plugin installation even after private plugin

Plugin installation was removed in 6.1.1 but it became available once again by installing Private Plugin portlet. This is all very good but there's still a message about it going to be replaced with MarketPlace. Would appreciate if Liferay.com will include in a hook to delete this message because it is annoying and users would ask about it.

This may just be a problem with the community patched version.

If I can clone the branch, I may create a pull-request to get this resolved. I still can't clone the portal - keeps timing out.

EDIT: Seems to be in the Private Plugin portlet.
