Table 'portalpreferences' doesn't exist (liferay 6.1.20)

Hi,
We are using liferay 6.1.20.
I am using the standalone war to deploy liferay.
I clear my DB and start tomcat by putting the portal.war file into my tomcat webapps folder.

I am getting the following error message:

Caused by: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Table 'iportal_test_07.portalpreferences' doesn't exist
at com.mysql.jdbc.SQLError.createSQLException(SQLError.java:936)

at org.hibernate.loader.Loader.doQueryAndInitializeNonLazyCollections(Loader.java:274)
at org.hibernate.loader.Loader.doList(Loader.java:2542)
... 73 more

Note:
After printing this error, it checks for lock_ and creates liferay tables etc. as required.

Obviously, this error comes since there are no DB tables.
Even though this does not give any errors, just wanted to know if we can remove this error message that gets displayed in the logs.

Here is the full error log:

This is a one time message and will only be shown if the db is not yet created by portal or blank with no tables. Once the db is created you will no longer see this message on future starts.

If you still want to get rid of this message for the first time also, you can provide the portal server with a pre configured database with all the tables required. You can do this by starting the server and letting portal setup the database and then take a backup of this. You can think of this as the startup script for your server, thus each time after you need to clean the db, just run this script so that your db will be populated with all the tables and data required and you will not see the error message again.

Hope this solves your query...

Hi Rishi,
Yes, it is not a blocking error since this happens only once when the tables are not yet created.
But everytime a developer starts a new db, (for testing the apps) he gets the error.
Also, this does not happen with the standard liferay bundle, but only with some configuration changes in probably the portal-ext.properties.

Just wanted to remove the error log that is shown on the console.
