how to deploy custom portlet in liferay 6.1 ce ga2 running behind jboss ser

Hi everyone,

I am running liferay 6.1 ce ga2 behind existing jboss server. Application running properly but not able to see install more application option after clicking add button from dockbar.

It seems in liferay 6.1 ce ga2 added a new feature to deploy custom portlet.. Please anyone post the steps to deploy custom .war portlet..

Hi Devaraj,

I think by clicking "Install More Applications" it will take you to liferay / market place from where you can download portlets.

But for installing your custom portlet you need to copy and paste your xyz-portlet.war file to /Deploy folder near your JBOSS.
