AUI Dialog can not work in IE7

Hi All,

I am adding a AUI Dialog to page, it can show in Opera, Chrome, IE8.

But not work in IE7. Has javascript error.

I see a JIRA say it fixed in EE 6.1.10,
but it will also fix in CE ?

And I also want to know where can I see the AUI Dialog javascript source code.
