database integration

hi friends,

i need help , i want to integrate HRMS database in liferay for automation of roles,organization, communitires,
assume some new employee joins to company , we add his/her details in hrms it should reflect in liferay also.

I would do one of this two choices:

* Use User workflow. Edit kaleo xml definition file and there you can use the services you want.
* Create a login hook.
