Video portlet

Hi,
I want to create a portlet which will show,upload, download video.
any solution.

I am using liferay 6.0.5

You dont need to create separate portlet for that.
you can use web content portlet and with the use of template and structure you can create and upload the video.
And to display that video you can user web content display portlet.
So both portelts are available OOB then is there any specific reason to create new portlet ?
