invalid authentication token while trying to use out-of-box portlets

Hi all,
This may be pretty new. But it is happening all again to me. When I tried to put some out-of-box portlets onto my page after installing LR 6.0.6 server I am getting the following exception.
"invalid authentication token"

if anybody came through already this just forward me the process.
suggestions are most welcome.

Do you know what action triggers it?

If not, is there more to the log that shows what could cause it?

There have been some reports before and I think the most common reason was a bot/crawler remember action URLs and then reusing them when their sessions have expired. There are some properties available to not check it for certain portlets or actions if you can narrow it down to one.
