Please enter a valid XML URL ??

Hy,

I use Liferay 6, when I try to change layout, an error message "Please enter a valid XML URL" appears,

it could be what in your opinion?

Finally I found it, alone as a great,
it was a language problem,
I worked in English GB, but in the configuration of Liferay, US language was registred,
for those who have the same problem :
