How to remove bad portlet from the page?

I have my portlet damaging page, so dragging controls are not available. How can I remove such a portlet from the page?

How to reinit page layout or something?

I have totally removed portlet web-app from Liferay installation directory and now have a dimmed text "This portlet has been undeployed. Please redeploy it or remove it from the page." Without any buttons to remove it

Need to reinstall liferay???

Reinstall won't work cuz it's in the database, not in the code.

Your easiest step is to remove the page (which would ditch the dead portlet). Then recreate the page.

I guess you have unchecked "toggle edit controls" option. Checking it makes all those missing buttons to re-appear.

Not once it's undeployed - just the box about it's removal.
