Struts 2 with Liferay 6

Hi,

We are using Liferay 6. Can we use Struts 2 in our apps?
Can we use Struts 2 while in ext environment?
Can we use Struts 2 while in plugin dev environment?

Struts 2 has full JSR 286 Portlet support with the struts2-portlet-plugin. In the Struts 2 distribution you will find a sample Portlet Application.

I don't believe Struts 2 has full JSR 286 support. If you look at the sample portlet application there are references to "org.apache.struts2.portlet.dispatcher.Jsr168Dispatcher"
Unless I'm looking at a wrong place.
