How can I integrate application related to non java in life ray.

Hi All,

I am new to life ray. If I want to integrate different language like PERL,Ruby and etc.Where I have to include those application in life ray.
That means I mean to which folder I need put those applications in liferay.

Please summarize the above concept by considering the following strategies.

1) Where(which folder) I have to integrate the non java applications in liferay.
2) List out the configuration files for this requirements.
3) How can I use those application in life ray.

Note : I am using life ray 5.1.2 version.

I'm not sure about Liferay 5.x but Liferay 6.x supports JRuby portlet.
