JSON Webservice Startingpoint for 6.1

Hi all,
i'm new to liferay and portlet development and i'm try to set up a simple Portlet with an remote web service.
I use Liferay 6.1 Beta 3 because what i read is, that it supports the lightweight JSON WS.
I already read this WIKI Article : http://www.liferay.com/de/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/JSON+Web+Services
But i can't find my JSON Service.
Is there a doku about the new JSON WS API and a howto?
