Interim Community Access, After Login

We've found this. After a user is directed to their email to retrieve their password,
they can still enter the Community's private URL and access it. This is before
they have retrieved their password and entered it.

Why is this? How do you restrict this (enforce them to validate their email)?

That happens if you set the redirect parameter you cannot change this unless you extend CreateAccountAction in ext
