With a valid SoundCloud username a user is able to configure the soundcloud display portlet to show tracks and playlists specific to the configured username. End users are able to view, play and perform other media controls on tracks. The lite and free version of the portlet currently shows up to 3 playlists and each playlist can contain a maximum of 20 tracks.

The Link Checker Portlet was developed by XTIVIA, the 2012, 2013 & 2014 Liferay North America Partner of the Year. Having broken links on a website can quickly cause a negative user experience. Which can go a long way to mar a business and its reputation. A link is considered broken when clicked on, it leads to a different page than expected or leads to the famous 404 (Page Not Found) response.
One way to take care of broken links is to regularly do a broken links test. The link checker portlet is able check links within a specified web page and give a detailed result of information about each link . The app shows all Broken and Good links.

The Unused Documents and Media portlet is a Control Panel portlet that allows Site Administrators to see documents and media that are not used in any web content. The Site Administrator can take action on each Document Library file by either downloading, viewing, editing or moving it to the Recycle Bin. If the Recycle Bin is disabled then there will be an option to delete the Document Library file instead.

The Unused Web Content portlet is a control panel portlet that allows site administrators to see web content that is not used in any web content display portlets. The site administrator can take action on each piece of web content by either previewing it or moving it to the recycle bin. JConsole portlet was developed by XTIVIA, the 2012, 2013 and 2014 Liferay North America Partner of the Year. It provides graphical view of local or remote JVM heap memory usage, non-heap memory usage, CPU usage, loaded classes and threads. It uses time-based polling mechanism to get chart data from the monitored MBean server, and uses Google Chart to generate real-time graphics of system resources. It also uses client storage and JMX connection pool to avoid performance bottleneck.

This excel chart viewer portlet was developed by XTIVIA, the 2012 Liferay North America Partner of the Year, using Apache POI and a choice charting libraries including Google Charts, FusionCharts, and AnyChart. In the portlet, users can easily configure the data source using Excel files uploaded in the Liferay document library, the data range inside the Excel file and the chart type to be rendered. Multiple instances of this portlet can be added to the portal with each instance configured to point to different Excel files, different worksheets and different cell ranges.
