Custom Add Applications aui dialog link not working in IE

Only Internet explorer does not work when clicking on my custom "Add Applications" link...
I am using the same method as shown in the following link:

Can you specify a bit more? What goes wrong? Where does it go wrong etc...

What version are you using. Liferay server and also what version of IE is it?

I am using liferay 6.0.6 and the "Add Applications" button when clicked does not show the Add Applications menu.
Every version of internet explorer has the same issue.All Other browsers(Opera,Firefox and Chrome) there is no problem just IE.

As mentioned before I am using the exact same method as explained in the following link:

The way to resolve the issue is to not exclude the original dockbar from the theme but rather hide it and then include your own customized dockbar.
When you do it this way the Applications dialog works in Internet explorer also.The issue is most likely the required aui libraries are not loaded properly in IE so the aui dialog does not appear when the original dockbar is excluded from the theme.
