Instance setting

Hi,
i have developed one module and it is deployed
after deploying i'm getting 3 times of instance setting
like below

virtual instances
Instance settings
Instance settings
instance settings

system settings

if i click instance setting all thing are disabled

what could be the issue for these

i have attached the screen shot below

If it is occurring after module deployment, try removing/stopping your module and see if still same issue.
If not, then module is buggy and need further investigation.

are you trying to add your custom module into control panel?

After removing my module it is showing only one instance

and working as expected

but in my module i have return to add one tab in Instance settings--->Authentication like LinkedIn
after adding my cod it is displaying 3 times that instance settings and if i navigate to Authentication all are disabled how i can debug how it is displaying 3 times.

if u have any idea from where it is displaying plz share

Well, If its related to custom module, need to debug custom module's code.
Can you attach it here?
